Infrastructure

Equipped with State-of-the-art infrastructure which includes CNC Turning Centers, CNC VTL, CNC VMC, HMC, CNC Gear Hobbing, CNC Grinding, CNC Balancing,Robo Drill,CNC Wire Cutting etc. Conventional machines like All Gear lathe, Center Lathe, Milling, broaching Drilling and Tapping machines supports to reduce the Manufacturing cost.In- house Design & Tool Room facility enable us to manufacture Jigs & Fixtures in time and results on-time sample and un- interrupted Production.


Equipped with 3D CNC CMM, 2D CMM Profile Projector, Surface roughness Tester (Digital), Pneumatic Gauges for very accurate measurements and all other required Gauges and Instrument, laser marking. Standby generator capacity available-740kva also 640 KVA UPS installed to ensure uninterrupted power supply even power failure. Also HT line established with 490 kva.
